Get a technician on the way

Refrigeration emergency? Do this now:

2. Keep cooler and freezer doors closed as much as possible.
3. Move critical product to a working unit or use ice if available.
4. Note any alarms, error codes, noises or ice buildup for the technician.
5. Check that the unit has power and the breaker hasn't tripped.
